Don’t wait.

Don’t wait. Do it now. Action is the only way that life is going to get better.

Don’t wait to start something new. Don’t wait to quit something bad.

Don’t hide your passion. If you love it, you love it. Nobody needs to give you permission to do that. If you’re not proud of what or who you
love, something’s wrong with your attitude or with what you love.

I hear a lot of folks say, “Im starting my diet Monday” or “I will get into the gym next week”…. or “after my kids soccer is over”, “soon as I eat all the junk in the pantry” (WHAT?!?) … and the list goes on on and on. I agree totally with CrossFit Lisbeth and this post. The BEST way to fail at something or to never even get started is to do it tomorrow.

You want a better diet, do it now, right this second. Go the pantry and throw away the junk. Ready to get back in the gym, go! Didnt bring a change of clothes, go home and go on a run, tonight. My point is dont keep waiting for the “right time”. Stop believing your own excuses. Dont wait, do it now.
